We are an Authorised Toshiba Repairer, which means we can repair under warranty any Toshiba laptop. We are also authorised extended warranty repairers for major retailers such as Dick Smith and Bing Lee. In addition, we are qualified to repair and service all laptop and PC brands outside their warranty period. No appointment is needed for service, just come in to our Rosebery Service Centre or complete the SERVICE REQUEST FORM and we will contact you by the next working day to organise delivery of your computer to our service centre (we do not currently offer on-site services).
The turnaround time for Toshiba Warranty is approximately 10 business days.
Toshiba Warranty Entitlements
Toshiba warranty covers hardware faults only and does not cover software issues or physical damage. You don’t need to provide us with proof of purchase if your warranty policy is registered online with Toshiba. If the warranty appears to be expired online but you have a proof of purchase in the form of a legible invoice with the laptop serial number that proves that the laptop was purchased up to 12 months ago (or up to 3 years ago for Portege and Tecra models ) then please provide us with a copy of that invoice.
