In Person Bring your faulty laptop to your closest service centre at any time during our opening hours between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, no appointment necessary (our Pitt St and Mort St stores are open on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm). You could discuss your requirements directly with one of our friendly qualified technicians. We have a service centre at the following locations:

Online Please complete the online service request form including your instructions regarding pick-up arrangements. If you are not delivering the laptop in person to one of our stores, we will organise a courier pick-up within 2 hours of receipt of your request (charges apply). IMPORTANT: Please view online our Packing Guide to print out the relevant address label and for instructions on packing your laptop. By Phone You can call us during our business hours on 1300 LAPTOP (1300 527867). We will complete the service request for you over the phone then organise a courier pick-up of your faulty laptop within 2 hours of receipt of your request (charges apply). Our Courier Service: We use a reputable courier service with good pick-up response times and delivery performance. The fee for courier pick-up or delivery to a local metro area is a flat one way fee of $25 inc. GST. Pick-up for metro areas is carried out within 3 hours of booking if booked before 3 pm, otherwise pick-up is carried out the next morning.
It is not possible to arrange for a specific pick-up time so please ensure that courier pick up is successful at the first attempt as second pick-up attempts are chargeable. Metropolitan Boundaries for Sydney Stores:
