We want to do our bit for the environment and help you to responsibly dispose of your laptop when it reaches the end of if its useful life so that it does not end up as landfill. Parts that cannot be re-used will be recycled at no cost to you.
Drop off your old laptop along with the signed Laptop Disposal Agreement to either our Service Centre (90 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018) and we will take care of the rest at no charge. Alternatively, you could take advantage of our Reply Paid service as follows:
- Complete, print and sign the Laptop Disposal Form
- Box your laptop and enclose the above agreement
- Hand-address the box to the Reply Paid address as per the format below:

- If you want proof of lodgement and proof of delivery to be provided to you then purchase a Registered Post Label (priced at $2.95) at the Australia Post counter
On receipt of your old laptop and a signed Laptop Disposal Agreement, we will carry out a full wipe out of your hard drive free of charge.
