Warranty Entitlements
Lapy King is an authorised Toshiba Repairer meaning that we are authorised to repair laptops under the original or the extended manufacturer warranty policy. Brand new Toshiba laptops are automatically covered by warranty for the duration of 12 months starting from the date of purchase (customers can extend the original warranty cover duration by purchasing extended warranty policies). Both warranty types cover hardware faults only and do not cover software issues or physical damage.
Proof of Purchase
You don’t need to provide us with proof of purchase if your warranty policy is registered ONLINE with the manufacturer. If the warranty appears to be expired but you have a proof of purchase in the form of a legible invoice with the laptop serial number that proves that the laptop was purchased up to 12 months ago (or up to 3 years ago in the case of an extended warranty) then please provide us with a copy of that invoice.
