What happens next?

We will email you a Job Booking Receipt which contains your job number reference once we receive your laptop at our service centre. We will then diagnose the problem and provide the extended warranty administrator with a repair quote. The repair process generally averages between 3 to 10 working days to complete subject to parts availability. Upon successful completion, we will invoice the administrator and contact you to arrange the return of your laptop.
