RETURNS POLICY 

We know it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right items online and we want to make sure that you’re completely happy with your purchasing experience with Lapy King. You can choose to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery either in our store in Rosebery or by returning it to us at below address.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have simply changed your mind and are able to provide a valid proof of purchase, Lapy King may offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the merchandise:

  • Is kept in its sealed original packaging
  • Unused without installation or data input
  • Is in a saleable condition

If 30 days has passed since the original purchase date and / or if return don’t meet the criteria above, Lapy King at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. Please note software products are non-refundable once the seal is broken.

For all change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We aim to have all returns processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your purchase is faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our Customer Service Team on (02) 8344 4300 or email us on info@lapyking.com.au.

Where an item is damaged through misused or abnormal use, Lapy King cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by Lapy King or the manufacturer.
