Complimentary Shipping Service
For your convenience, Lapy King offers a complimentary inbound delivery service through the Australia Post national network. Our customers can use our Australia Post Reply Paid account free of charge to send-in their computer for repair from anywhere in Australia through any Australia Post outlet subject to our Packing Instructions.

Complimentary Courier Service
Toshiba warranty policy includes complimentary courier pick-up and return delivery for our Sydney based customers. This service is provided by ABC Couriers and is organised through us and is subject to our Packing Instructions.

Paid Shipping Services
We use Australia Post eParcel service to return your computer to anywhere in Australia. Once organised, we would send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You could then track progress of your parcel by visiting http://auspost.com.au/track/ and entering your tracking number (but please allow 12 to 36 hours for Australia Post to scan your parcel into their tracking system). The fee for this service is a flat one-way fee of $25.

We use Mail Call Couriers for same day courier service within Sydney’s metropolitan area. Please contact us for a quote and for booking.
Packing Instructions
Please view our Packing Instructions for detailed information on how to pack your laptop for safe courier transportation. It is your responsibility to sufficiently package your laptop to avoid the risk of any damage. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused during courier transportation (including but not limited to consequential loss). You accept all risks by using any of our courier services.
What time would the courier arrive at my place?
We cannot predict the exact time that the courier would arrive at your address. Our courier service providers require that you (or someone you trust) be present at the pick up or delivery address for a minimum of 2 hours from the agreed booking time. It is not possible for the driver to phone you prior to arrival at your address so please ensure adherence to the above requirement for a successful collection or return at the first attempt. Whenever possible we suggest that you use a work address.
Australia Post deliveries are part of their variable daily schedule and cannot be advised.
What if I am not home to receive the delivery?
Our courier service providers require that someone is at the nominated address. Parcels would not be left at the address if no one is at the address as signature is required as proof of delivery.
In the event that no one is at the delivery address to sign for the returned parcel, Australia Post will leave a collection card and return the laptop to the nearest Australia Post outlet for your collection within 5 business days on presentation of a valid ID.
How do I pack my laptop for the transit journey?
Please view our Packing Instructions for detailed information on how to pack your computer for safe transportation. It is your responsibility to sufficiently package your computer to avoid the risk of any damage. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused during transportation (including but not limited to consequential loss).
