69. The applicant and its directors and/or owners agree that of this application is approved the following terms and conditions shall apply:
70. This application is to be completed in full and credit will not apply until approved. Payment terms are strictly as per written approval from a company director of Lapy King
71. Lapy King may at any time withdraw the credit facility or refuse to extend credit to the applicant without notice
72. The applicant agrees that Lapy King may at times give information to and/or seek information from credit agencies regarding the applicant company and its directors according to the relevant State and or Federal Acts. The applicant understands that this information can include any information about the applicant and its directors’ credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity. Lapy King complies with all privacy legislation and respects your privacy.
73. Lapy King shall retain the title to all goods supplied to the buyer until it has received payment in full and the repayments have cleared.
74. If payment for any goods is overdue, Lapy King or its agents is entitled to repossess the goods from any premises without notice. All legal costs and expenses incurred by lapy King in the recovery of any unpaid and/or overdue account shall be paid by the buyer including an administration fee of 2% per month, from due date, on the overdue/unpaid balance.
